Seetha,Rama,Lakshmana enter thapovanam

Seetha,Rama and Lakshmana observed many rivers,tanks,big trees,wild animals,birds while walking through the forest.They reached a lake by evening.Abeautiful song was heard from that lake.But there were no one there.They wondered to who it might be and asked a sage,Dharma bhruthudu. Dharma bhruthdu told Rama that lake was called Panchaapsara.It was eternal.A sage named Maandakarni formed it by his penance.He was doing thapa since ten thousand years and was taking air as food.Indra wanted to destroy his thapa and sent five apsaras.Maandakarni was fascinated by those apsaras and living with them.Big palace was constructed in the lake for them.He became young and energetic by his power of thapa.So ,all the time there were dance adn singing going on.Rama heard that only.Talking like this they came to cluster of aasramas.Many sages were doing penance there.Seetha ,Rama and Lakshmana stayed there for some time.They stayed in one aasram for thirteen months,in another place for one year,in another abode ,for four months,five months in another place.Like this they stayed there for ten years.They were happy during that period.As per Sutheekshnas request,they went to his place also second time and stayed there for some time.
