RAMA UPLIFTS SAGES

AFTER THE DEMISE OF SARABHANGA MAHAMUNI ALL THE OTHER SAGES CAME TO RAMA IN GROUPS.VAIKHAANASULU,VAALAKHILYULU,SAMPRAKSHAALULU,THOSE TAKE RAYS OF SUN AND MOON AS FOOD,PATHRAAHAARULU(WHO EAT ONLY LEaves),those who stand in water up to their necks,jalaahaarulu(those who take water as their food),vaayubhakshulu(those who take air as their food).,those who can stay in air or in sky,like this so many types of sages came to rama.
They all told Rama like this.he was the father of this entire universe.he was arighteous person.his respect towards his father,his fame and his righteousness are famous in the entire three lokas.king has to look after his people.IF A KING TAKES ONE SIXTH OF THE INCOME OF HIS PEOPLE AS TAXES AND STILL DOES NOT LOOK AFTER THEIR WELFARE,
HE IS IN THE WRONG.
A KING WHO PROTECTS HIS PEOPLE WILL GET FAME IN THIS WORLD AND ALSO GO TO UTTAMA LOKAS AFTER HIS DEMISE.KING HAS TO PROTECT SAGES OF HIS AREA ALSO EVEN THOUGH THEY DONT PAY TAXES.ONE FOURTH OF DHARMAPHALAM EARNED BY SAGES GOES TO THEIR KING.

THOUGH HE WAS THEIR PROTECTOR,THOSE SAGES WERE LIVING LIKE DESTITUTES.THEY ARE BEING MASSACRED BY DEMONS .THE DEAD BODIES OF SAGES ARE THERE FOR HIM TO SEE.Not only there,but ALSO NEAR PAMPAA LAKE,ON THE BANKS OF MANDAAKINEE RIVER,IN CHITHRAKOOTA HILLS,and IN MANY OTHER PLACES IT WAS THE MOST COMMON SIGHT.THEY WERE UNABLE TO BEAR THE ATROCITIES OF THE DEMONS.They were asking for his mercy.they have no where to go except him.they were pleading him for their protection.

Rama replied that had to demand him but not request.he would definitely clear their problems.though he came on his fathers words,he would definitely do justice to them and their problems.this trip to the woods has become more fruitful as he was bound to clear their difficulties.He and his brother,Lakshmana would kill the demons and they can rest assured.
