Hanumantha defeated Lankini and entered Lanka city by leaping over the outer wall and landing with his left foot on enemys head.There is a rule that one should not the enemys land through the door.If we place left foot on enemys territory,it is if we have put our left foot on enemys head.That is the reason why Hanumantha did not walk through the door and did not keep his right leg first while entering the city. Hanuma entered and walked through all the important streets in the city.He saw each and every house meticulously.all the women were happily singing.Some demons were reciting veda slokas meticulously.He saw Raavans army also.As he was roaming he came across kings palace.It was built in gold and studded with pearls all over.beautiful fragrance was coming out of the emperor building.Hanuma entered Raavanas palace. It was night time and moon was shining over the city.During nights Moon helps in lessening ones sorrows,increase the waves in the sea and illuminates all the primary five elements of nature.Hanumantha looked at the moon.Hanumantha could see beautiful womenwho adorned themselves for the worldly pleasures of the night.Some were impatient for the arrival of their lovers,husbands.He saw all of those beautiful ladies in the dim moon light.He searched for Seethadevi among them.He could not find her.He was desperate.He lost ineterest in seeing all the women in detail.He felt like weeping.He was very sad.
