Sumanthra repeats the words of Rama

Sumanthra was repeating the words of Rama to Dasaradha.Rama paid homage to all his mothers and father.He told kowsalya to look after their father well.Kowsalya should be conducive towards Kaikeyi and Bharatha. She should never forget that he was selected by the king Dasaradha to be the king. He told Bharatha to look after his mother as his mother only.He should accept kinship according to Dasaradhas wish.Saying all theses things Rama wept. But Lakshmana was full of fury and anger.He questioned thus.What wrong did Rama do to be sent to the forest?What right did the king have to put Rama to such trouble basing on Kaikeyis wish?Lakshmana does not have any fatherly affection towards Dasaradha now.Rama was everything for him.Seetha devi was silent . She was seeing at the chariot and ,Sumanthra and Rama with dull and sorrowful face.She said every thing with her eyes only.It was as she was asking Sumanthra how he could take back the cha riot to AYODHYA leaving the king in the forest?Was he justified in doing so?

Rama and Lakshmana tied their hair and wore Cotton sarees.They crossed Ganga and went toeards Prayaga.Sumanthra left them at the northern side of Ganga and returned.He waited at Guhas abode in the hope that Rama might call for him. But with no result he had to return back.Dasaratha and kowsalya wept and requested Sumanthra to take them to Rama and wept. But it was of no use.
